Langhe Arneis DOC - Az. Vitivinicola Piano

A Langhe Arneis DOC from Azienda Vitivinicola Piano, with a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose is fragrant and discreet, with white flowers, ripe pear, green apple and citrus hints, integrated with a light suggestion of almond. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with a slender structure that balances acidity and softness, and a clean finish. A mineral vein accompanies the aromatic vivacity, giving pleasant persistence. It is suited to young drinking, with delicate seafood dishes, vegetable starters, light risottos and fresh cheeses, and also works as an aperitif. Serve well chilled but not iced, in tulip glasses.
