A Highland single malt from Balblair, distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2014 at 46% ABV. It is the first release of the 2003 vintage, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in quarter casks, and the ex-bourbon casks add toffee, butterscotch and vanilla. Its colour is a golden amber.
The nose is floral and fragrant, with a hint of citrus, apricot and honey. On the palate there is orange, lemon, honey and spice. The finish is long, sweet and spicy.
