Balcones – Single Barrel Cask Strength Texas Single Malt (70cl, 66.7%)

This is a single barrel Texas Single Malt from Balcones of Waco, Texas, bottled at a cask strength of 66.7% abv in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the distillery's Single Barrel Private Selection Program and is non-chill filtered. The core Texas Single Malt ages in a variety of new and used American, French and Hungarian oak barrels, and any of them can be chosen for the programme. Together with the copper pot stills, this variety of barrels gives complex flavours and an intense density on the palate.
