Balcones Single Barrel is a cask strength Texas single malt, bottled at 66.7% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the distillery's Private Selection Program and is non-chill filtered.
The core Texas Single Malt ages in a mix of new and used American, French and Hungarian oak barrels, and any of them may be chosen for a single barrel release. Made in copper pot stills in Waco, Texas, each barrel shows how the spirit responds to the local climate, giving complex flavours and an intense density on the palate.
