Balcones – Single Barrel Texas Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 66.7%)

Balcones Single Barrel is a Texas single malt in a 70cl bottle at 66.7% abv, drawn from the distillery's Single Barrel Private Selection Program. The programme shows how the flagship Texas Single Malt changes from one barrel to the next, as the raw materials and the distillery's processes meet the climate in Waco, Texas. The core whisky ages in a variety of new and used American, French and Hungarian oak barrels, any of which can be chosen for a single barrel bottling. The variety of barrels and the copper pot stills give complex flavours with an intense palate-density. It is non-chill filtered.
