Balcones – Single Barrel Texas Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 66.7%)

This is a single barrel bottling of Balcones Texas Single Malt, drawn from the distillery's private selection programme in Waco, Texas. It is bottled at 66.7% abv in a 70cl bottle. The core Texas Single Malt is aged in a mix of new and used American, French and Hungarian oak barrels, and any of them can be chosen for a single barrel release, so each barrel shows its own character. The whisky is distilled in copper pot stills and is non-chill filtered.
