Baldoria Bianco is a white vermouth from Piedmont in Italy, bottled at 18% in a 75cl bottle. It is flavoured with a range of botanicals: several wormwoods (Artemisia absinthium, Artemisia vallesiaca and Artemisia pontica), genepy, gentian, lavender, orange peel, cloves and cinchona.
It is lighter and fresher than a sweet red vermouth, with a floral lean and a gentle spice from the cloves. It can stand in for Rosso in a Martinez or a Manhattan, or be mixed with soda or tonic.
The character is delicate, floral and spiced, with earthy and sweet notes beneath.
