A dry vermouth from Baldoria, bottled at 18% in a 75cl bottle. Its botanicals include wormwood, genepy, clary sage, sage, ginger and rosemary.
The character is earthy and floral-leaning with a touch of sweetness, light and fresh, with a feel of sunny afternoons in fields of lavender.
It works with soda or tonic, and can stand in for a clove-laced vermouth in a Martinez or a Manhattan.
Tasting Notes
Earthy, lightly sweet and floral-leaning, fresh and light
