This is a 15 year old single malt from Ballechin, the heavily peated style made at Edradour, distilled on 2 September 2009 and bottled on 4 September 2024 at 54.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It matured in used bourbon casks and spent its final 26 months in Huelva Orange Wine hogsheads. The peating level is 50 ppm.
The palate is described as layers of sweet orange, toasted oak and a hint of tropical fruit, underscored by mature smoke and maritime peat.
