Balvenie French Oak is a 16 year old single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 47.6% ABV. It is finished in Pineau casks, which previously held wine from the Charentes vineyards of France.
The sixteen years of maturation in American oak casks bring vanilla spice and warm honey. The Pineau finish adds grapefruit, geranium, glazed fruit and ginger.
