A red wine from the Piedmont hills, made by La Ganghija from Nebbiolo and aged in oak barrels. It is deep garnet red, tending towards orange with age. The nose shows cherry, plum, floral notes, spice and a light balsamic touch. The palate is elegant, with well-integrated tannins and balance between acidity and alcohol. The finish is long, returning to ripe fruit and sweet spice. It suits red meats, game and aged cheeses.
