Dolcetto d'Alba DOC

A red wine made exclusively from Dolcetto grapes grown in the hills around Alba. Traditional vinification includes moderate maceration to preserve the natural fruit and varietal character. It has an intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose offers lively cherry, plum and a light bitter almond note, with delicate herbs and spices. On the palate it is robust, with good structure and soft tannins, balanced acidity and a fresh finish. It accompanies cured meats, soft cheeses, red meat and game.
