An elegant red wine showing Nebbiolo in the Langhe. It has a light ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red fruit, dried flowers and light spicy notes. The palate has firm but well-balanced tannins, good acidity and a pleasant finish, with medium body and returns of cherry, raspberry and an earthy note. It suits Piedmontese dishes, flavourful white meats, medium-aged cheeses and pasta with meat sauces; serve around 16-18°C in wide glasses. It can take a few years in the cellar if stored properly.
