A red wine from Bric Cenciurio, made from Barbera grown on calcareous-clay soils in the Langhe. Ageing in oak barrels adds delicate spicy notes and an elegant balance between acidity and softness. It shows an intense ruby colour with vibrant aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, balsamic hints and a light vanilla touch. On the palate it is enveloping, with good persistence and soft tannins. It suits meat dishes, hearty pasta and aged cheeses.
