Barolo DOCG Bric Cenciurio

A Barolo from Bric Cenciurio, made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes. It has a deep garnet red colour with orange reflections that deepen with ageing. The nose shows ripe red fruits, cherry and dried plum, with floral violet notes, followed by liquorice, tobacco, leather and cocoa. On the palate it is structured and balanced, with present but harmonious tannins, freshness and minerality. The aromatic complexity returns with dried fruit, spices and tertiary notes of coffee and vanilla. It pairs well with red meat, game and aged cheeses.
