Roero Arneis DOCG Sito dei Fossili Bric Cenciurio

A white wine from Roero Arneis DOCG, produced by Bric Cenciurio from Arneis grapes grown on the gentle hills of Roero. The sandy and calcareous soils of the terroir give elegance and minerality. In the glass it is bright straw yellow, with intense aromas of white flowers, citrus and light almond notes. The palate is fresh, balanced and savoury, with a delicately almond finish typical of the grape. Ageing in steel preserves the purity of these sensations. It pairs well with starters, white meats and fish dishes.
