A white wine from the Roero hills in Piedmont, made from the native Arneis grape. It is bright, with an intense bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, freshly picked flowers and light mineral notes recalling the calcareous soil. The palate is balanced, with good structure and pleasant freshness, followed by a harmonious, persistent finish. It is aged in steel to preserve its vivacity. It suits delicate starters, fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
