This blended American whiskey from Bardstown Bourbon Co is the first cooperage collaboration for the brand, made with the West Virginia Great Barrel Company. It is bottled at 54% in a 75cl bottle. The custom blend is aged in cherry wood barrels, toasted using infrared technology. Almond, cinnamon, potpourri and baked cherry sit around traditional rye notes of mint and herbal tea on the nose and palate. The mouthfeel is rich, leading to a balance of lightly tannic oak and berry compote.
