Barrell – Seagrass Rye Whiskey

Barrell Seagrass is a rye whiskey blended from American and Canadian ryes. Each component is finished separately in barrels of Martinique rhum, Madeira or apricot brandy, and the blend is then put together by taste. It brings out the grassy, seaside character found in rye, alongside richness and spice from the finishing barrels. It is bottled at cask strength, so the proof varies slightly from one batch to the next.
