Barsol Acholado is a Peruvian pisco from the Ica region, made as a blend of grape varieties: Quebranta, Italia and Torontel. It is a clear spirit, sold in a 70cl bottle.
The nose shows ripe white fruit and floral touches, with a hint of sweet spice, then acacia honey, vanilla and almond. In the mouth it is soft and full, with pronounced fruit balanced by a pleasant acidity. The finish is long, warm, clean and elegant. It can be drunk neat or used in a Pisco Sour.
