Barsol Mosto Verde Italia is a Peruvian pisco made from the Italia grape, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is complex and delicate, with fresh grape, green apple, bittersweet citrus of orange, lemon and lime, honey and rose petals. The palate combines tropical fruit with marked notes of melon and pear, alongside citrus and golden raisins. The texture is soft and refined, and the finish is long and lingering.
