Barsol Pisco Quebranta (70cl)

Barsol Quebranta is a Peruvian pisco from the Ica valley, distilled only from Quebranta grapes, a variety native to Peru. It is distilled in direct-fired copper stills, a traditional method that keeps the concentrated aromas of the grape. The pisco is not aged, so it stays clear and fresh. The palate is lively, with ripe white fruit, touches of lime and a subtle floral note, clean and fresh. The finish is smooth and lingering. It can be served neat or used in a Pisco Sour.
