Basil Hayden's – 'Toast' Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Basil Hayden's Toast is a Kentucky straight bourbon made from a new brown rice mash bill. It then has a secondary finish in toasted barrels, and the colour is a dark amber. The result is a bourbon with less spice and deeper notes of sweet caramel, with a bright, light mouthfeel. The nose offers toasted oak with dried fruit and caramelised sugar. On the palate come toasted wood and vanilla, and the finish is sweet caramel.
