A London dry gin from the Beefeater Distillery in Kennington, London, with roots dating back to the nineteenth century. Beefeater 24 uses a twenty-four-hour steeping process and is crafted from twelve botanicals, including juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, citrus peel, orris root, Japanese Sencha and Chinese green tea. The Crianza edition adds a resting or maturation period, sometimes involving oak casks, to integrate and mellow the botanicals.
