A London Dry gin produced in London, England, by Beefeater Distillery. The brand dates back to 1863, when James Burrough began distilling gin using a botanical recipe that remains its foundation. Botanicals are steeped in neutral grain spirit for about 24 hours before distillation in copper pot stills.
The recipe includes nine botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, angelica seed, almond, licorice root, orris root, lemon peel and Seville orange peel. It is bottled at 44% ABV.
