Beefeater Crown Jewel is a London dry gin from the 2006-09 era, bottled at 50% in a 100cl bottle. It was originally launched in 1993 for the Duty Free market and, alongside Bombay Sapphire, was arguably one of the first intentionally premium gins of the new gin era. The iconography refers to the legend that six ravens must remain in the Tower of London at all times, lest the Monarchy fall.
