A limited edition Christmas 1998 decanter from Bell's, filled with Bell's Extra Special 8 year old blended Scotch whisky at 40% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is the annual Bell's commemorative decanter for that Christmas, made in ceramic by Wade and titled Ingredients of Quality. It was produced by Arthur Bell & Sons, a company that bought the Blair Athol and Dufftown distilleries in 1932.
