Belle Meade Classic Bourbon (75cl, 45%)

Belle Meade Classic is a bourbon bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl-sized format of 750ml, built on a high-rye blend of whiskeys. The rye gives it a signature flavour profile and a versatile character. It is bottled at 90 proof, and the finish is described as smooth, without the burn found in other bourbons of that strength. The nose is typically described as maple syrup and caramel with floral scents and citrus zest. On the palate come caramel and vanilla, bold rye spice and hints of apricot. The finish is long, with mellow cherry and plum accented by cinnamon.
