Ben Eideann American Oak Distillery Edition is a kosher single malt Scotch, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a rich golden colour.
The nose offers tropical fruit, cereal and a hint of vanilla. On the palate come passion fruit and pineapple, with the sweetness of Muscovado sugar and creamy vanilla custard. A little water brings out deeper oak character and softens the sweetness.
The finish is medium in length, warm with spice and a peppery edge.
