Ben Eideann – Fìonain Jerusalem Wine Cask Edition (70cl, 40%)

Fìonain is a Ben Eideann single malt Scotch whisky in the Jerusalem Wine Cask Edition. It was matured for years in American bourbon casks, then spent its final months in Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks sourced from kosher wineries in the Jerusalem Mountains. The bourbon casks bring Muscovado sugar and vanilla, joined by the robust forest fruits of the red wine casks. It was distilled, matured and bottled in Scotland, and comes in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
