The nose offers cinnamon buns with strawberry jam alongside the sweetness of raisins, with clove pepper, cinnamon and sweetened espresso underneath. The palate shows intense stewed berries and raisins, raspberry fizz and spicy malt, with dark chocolate too. The finish closes with cappuccino and burnt almonds.
