It is a small batch vatted from four refill sherry butts, bottled by Elixir Distillers for The Single Malts of Scotland. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Ben Nevis is a Highland distillery. The nose is funky, with hay, nuts, malt and barley. Sweet orange and peach sit over a malty base on the palate, and the finish is gently sweet and stays nutty.
