This is a 10 year old Ben Nevis, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2024 by James Eadie. It was finished in a European oak Oloroso hogshead and is bottled at 58.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings raspberry coulis, marzipan, roasted coffee beans, cream and almonds. The palate is fresh, rounded and waxy, with juicy russet pears, red apples, tangy greengages and Turkish delight. The finish carries red apples and almond butter.
