Ben Nevis – 2015/2025 10 Year Old Oloroso Butt Finish (70cl, 45%)

This is a 10 year old Ben Nevis, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2025 after a finish in an Oloroso butt. It comes in a 70cl bottle. Ben Nevis was acquired by the Japanese group Nikka in 1989. Under Joseph W. Hobbs in 1955 it was one of the few Scottish distilleries to run both traditional pot stills and a Coffey-style column still, and the Coffey stills were removed after Long John Distillers bought the site in 1981. Most of its whisky is matured in ex-sherry casks.
