BENDT Distilling – UNBendt Straight Rye Whiskey Bottled-in-Bond

UNBendt is a bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey from BENDT Distilling. It is unblended and made grain-to-glass in-house, using Texas grain grown just down the road from the distillery. It can be drunk neat, over ice or in an old fashioned. The nose is peppery and spicy, with cacao, leather and tobacco. On the palate come cereal grain, graham cracker, tobacco and chocolate, followed by a lingering warmth.
