UNBendt is a bottled-in-bond straight wheat whiskey from BENDT Distilling. It is made grain to glass at the distillery, using soft red winter wheat grown a short distance away.
On release it took gold in San Francisco and double gold in New York.
The nose is light, with cereal and plum. The palate offers smooth cherry and charred oak, leading to a medium finish with a light, lingering sweetness.
