UNBendt is a straight bourbon from BENDT Distilling, labelled bottled-in-bond and left unblended. It is made grain to glass at the distillery, using Texas grain grown a short distance away. The tasting notes begin with molasses, pepper and spice on the nose. The palate brings oak, spice, blackberry and tobacco, and the finish is long and warm with a rye character. It is suggested neat or over ice.
