A single cask Speyside single malt from Benriach, filled in 2000 and bottled in 2026 by independent bottler Signatory Vintage. It is the first Benriach in the Symington's Choice series, for which Signatory head Andrew Symington picks casks he counts among his favourites.
He chose a sherry butt, cask 25632, which produced a notably dark whisky. It yielded 450 bottles at a natural cask strength of 60.2%, without added colouring or chill filtration, and comes in a 70cl bottle.
