This Benriach was distilled in 2000 and bottled by Signatory as part of its Cask Strength Collection, at a cask strength of 59.2%. It is 21 years old, and 685 bottles were filled.
After many years in a refill sherry butt, the whisky was moved into first fill sherry for a final full year. That sequence of two sherry casks is what shapes this bottling.
