This is a 17-year-old single cask Speyside single malt from Benriach, distilled in 2007 and matured throughout in a single rum barrel. It is cask number 3577, and the release is limited to 69 bottles. The rum barrel is paired with Benriach's naturally fruit-forward spirit. Tasting notes mention grilled pineapple, banana fritters and brown sugar, with creamy vanilla fudge, warming cinnamon and toasted oak. The finish is long and warming.
