This BenRiach is a single cask bottling from the Cask Edition range, matured for 11 years entirely in a Moscatel hogshead. It comes from the 2009 vintage, was bottled in 2020 at 53.9% ABV, and fills 306 bottles of 70cl.
The nose opens with yellow fruit, sweet grapes and honey, followed by soft spice and floral notes. The palate shows apricot, peach, grape syrup, vanilla and a hint of oak. The finish is medium to long, warm and sweet, with subtle spice that lingers.
