Benriach 21 Year Old is a lightly smoky Speyside malt whisky, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
It spends two decades and more in wood, maturing in four types of cask: ex-bourbon, sherry, new oak and red wine. Peated and classic characters are combined, and the flavours drawn from each cask are layered together.
The palate is described as lush garden fruits, leading to a smoky, honeyed close.
