A 24-year-old Benriach from Speyside, distilled in 1999 and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in February 2024 from a single refill sherry butt. It is bottled at a natural cask strength of 57.1% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The nose pairs lavender with the spicy bitterness of orange zest. Sweet strawberries and creamy toffee meet dark chocolate and ginger on the palate. The long finish brings lively citrus and a restrained sweetness.
