Benriach The Original Ten is a Speyside single malt aged for at least 10 years, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit is matured in three kinds of cask: bourbon barrels, sherry casks and virgin oak casks. The whisky from each is then married together.
The nose is rich orchard fruit, honey and toasted oak. On the palate come ripe pear, nectarine and malt sweetness, ending on almond and spiced vanilla. The colour is summer gold.
