Benromach Organic is a Scottish single malt made through an organic production process certified by the Soil Association. It matures in new American oak casks that have never previously held another drink. It can be enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up the aromas.
Its malty character is accompanied by banana, cocoa and hints of coffee. A creamy texture carries these flavours, with a touch of pepper adding spice.
