Blue Hanger 14th Release is a 26 year old blended malt from Berry Bros & Rudd, the London merchant. It revives a series that first began in the 1930s, and this limited bottling is made solely from long-aged single malts.
The malts matured mainly in ex-bourbon hogsheads, with a sherry butt also used. It is bottled at 45.6% ABV without chill-filtration or added colouring, in a 70cl bottle.
