A Speyside single malt from Linkwood, bottled by Berry Bros & Rudd as a small batch release and sold in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was matured in Bourbon casks.
On the nose it is warm Victoria sponge, buttery coconut and fudge. The palate begins with spiced vanilla yoghurt, aniseed and toasted oak, then moves to lighter stewed apple and pear. The finish brings spice and a touch of vanilla iced tea.
