This is a Linkwood single malt from Speyside, a 2013 bottled in 2023 as a small batch by Berry Bros & Rudd. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle and was matured in a bourbon hogshead.
The nose is described as warm victoria sponge, buttery coconut and fudge. On the palate come spiced vanilla yogurt, aniseed and toasted oak, before lighter stewed apple and pear arrive. The finish shows spice alongside a lick of vanilla iced tea.
