A Bianchello del Metauro DOC from Cesare Mariotti, made from the native Biancame grape.
It is vinified carefully and refined briefly in steel, preserving the fruit and varietal character. The wine has a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Its bouquet shows green apple, pear, hawthorn and fresh almond. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with pleasant acidity and an intriguing, refreshing persistence.
