Bianchello del Metauro DOC Soldivalle Cesare Mariotti

A white wine from Cesare Mariotti, produced in Soldivalle from the indigenous Biancame grape grown on the Marche hills overlooking the Metauro river. Vinification preserves aromatic freshness through brief cold maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation. It is pale straw yellow, almost transparent. The nose is delicate yet intensely aromatic, with white flowers, green apple and a light mineral nuance. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with a perfect balance of acidity and structure. It pairs with light starters, fish and seafood, or suits a summer evening on the terrace.
